Precision Ag is led by an experienced management team headquartered in Ballarat, Victoria. The team has overseen the growth and development of the business over the last five years including the creation of a national footprint and delivery of its services through its proprietary platform, Soli.

Each member of the executive team brings their own skillsets covering operations, science, technology, sales, and finance.



Todd has around 30 years’ experience in the FMCG/agriculture and digital technology sectors and leads the daily operations of Precision Ag.

Todd has worked in a variety of senior company executive roles internationally and in Australia, including assignments in Japan, China, Singapore and the US.

Todd holds a degree as a Bachelor of Applied Science and has completed post graduate studies in Agribusiness and management.


Southern & Western Regional Manager

Ben manages the Southern Regional team for Precision Ag and our WA operation. He is responsible for the management of all farmer and agronomic relationships across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia.

Ben previously held senior roles with Emerald Grain and SQP Trading. Ben holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the University of Melbourne.

Campbell Underwood

Northern Regional Manager

Campbell manages the Northern Regional team for Precision Ag, responsible for the management of all farmer and agronomic relationships across Qld, NSW and Northern Territory.

Campbell has previously held Senior roles in recruitment and Agriculture sales and servicing.

Campbell holds a Bachelor of Business from QUT.

Luke Wheeler

Finance Manager

Luke brings over 10 years of finance management experience to Precision Ag. He has previous experience across taxation and local government specialities, whilst maintaining family farming connections.

Luke holds a double degree in Commerce (Accounting) and Management (Organisational Leadership & Management) from Federation University and is a critical part of the senior leadership team.


Principal Scientist

Kirsten oversees the Research & Innovation (R&I) division of Precision Ag providing research capacity and capability for the Company’s applied science and research projects.

She is also a primary source of technical guidance to our customers, agronomy partners and sales teams.

Kirsten has previously held roles with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment with DPI Victoria as a Research Scientist.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a PhD in Environmental engineering.


Operations & OHS Manager

Caroline oversees our field technician team across NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, WA, NT and TAS.

Caroline has worked in various roles within the company and brings a whole of business approach to her critical role as head of operations and safety.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Management from Federation University and oversees the daily operations management and scheduling of our extensive field unit assets and sample testing processes.


GIS and Platform Manager

Simon has over 10 years’ experience in GIS technologies and joined Precision Ag over 5 years ago.

Simon is currently Precision Ag’s GIS and Platform Manager and has been instrumental in the development of the Soli platform.

He has taken Soli from a data processing tool to a powerful soil databank with insights, reports and digital files for growers and agronomists.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science – Geospatial.
